Our core market is the economic area of Teltow, Kleinmachnow and Stahnsdorf, as well as Großbeeren. We also operate throughout the south-west of Berlin (Zehlendorf, Lichterfelde, Dahlem, Steglitz, Wannsee) and in the wider Potsdam area.
As a seller, you bear no marketing costs: we take care of photos, the exposé (property brochure), portals and advertising. The estate agent's commission is agreed individually and, for residential property, is split between buyer and seller by law (§ 656c BGB, the German Civil Code). All amounts we quote include VAT.
