A property company with a history

Even before the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, Mr Ralf Hendrichs, the founder of Immobilien Beratung Vertrieb GmbH, was already successfully active in the property business across Germany. As one of the first estate agencies in Teltow, he rose to the challenges of that exciting time. With consistency, integrity and expertise, IBV GmbH established itself in the Teltow-Stahnsdorf-Kleinmachnow economic region as a reliable contact for property services.

Alongside the straightforward sale of houses and plots, IBV has 20 years of experience in plot development. In recent years, a large number of plots of 1.000 m² and above have been planned in such a way that developer-free plots of 500 m² and above could be created. The largest project to date, carried out in cooperation with Deutsche Post Immobilien on the edge of Teltow's Musikerviertel, involved opening up a 27-hectare site, which was divided into 330 plots.
